Viral Competition Terms and Conditions
- Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions.
- Entry into the competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Entry is open to those who are not employees or contractors of the promoter or immediate family members of employees or contractors of the promoter.
- The competition commences on Wednesday 3 October 2007 and concludes on Sunday 13 January 2008.
- Entry into the competition is by submitting your details on the form in the online competition.
- There is one (1) prize consisting of:
a.
Seven (7) nights accommodation Sunday to Sunday for ten (10) persons (offer expires 30 June 2008) in a farm-house in Terre di Siena (including breakfast, excluding wine and beverages and any other extras), provided by APT Siena - Tourist Board and APT Chianciano Terme Tourist Board.
b.
Return travel for ten (10) people from London Gatwick to Pisa Airport (excluding insurance) provided by APT Siena - Tourist Board and APT Chianciano Terme Tourist Board (offer expires 30 June 2008) including transport from and to Pisa Airports and the farm-house.
c.
One dinner for ten (10) in a restaurant, including wine, provided by APT Siena - Tourist Board and APT Chianciano Terme Tourist Board.

Admission for ten (10) people to the monuments of the “Renaissance Trail in Terre di Siena” provided by APT Siena - Tourist Board and APT Chianciano Terme Tourist Board.
- There will be one (1) prize and one (1) winner.
- Travel documents will be provided to the winner on booking by APT Siena
- Travel within Siena is not included in the prize.
- Travel to and from the monuments of the “Renaissance Trail in Terre di Siena” are not included in the prize.
- Transfers to and from London Gatwick are not included in the prize.
- Offer is subject to availability and excludes Christmas (25th December - 7th January) and Easter week (April 4th - 8th). Winners should advise APT Siena – Tourist board of their desired date of travel at least four weeks in advance.
- The winner will be selected by random draw by 10:00 am on Wednesday 23 January 2008 at the offices of the National Gallery, Trafalgar Square, London WC2N 5DN.
- If a winner cannot be contacted by 12:00 noon on Friday 25 January 2008, the promoters will redraw the prize until a contactable winner has been located and the prize is claimed.
- If a winner is under the age of 18 the prize winner must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any additional expenses incurred by the prizewinner, other than those outlined in these terms and conditions, are the responsibility of the winner.
- By submitting your entry, you give your consent for the National Gallery to contact you in future with further marketing information and offers which may be of interest. Any information submitted with an entry will not be given to any other organisation unless you give your explicit consent. Your privacy will be protected.
- The promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the prize. To the extent permitted by law, the promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with entry into the competition or acceptance of the prize. The prize does not include travel insurance and the winner must give proof of travel insurance prior to travel.
